The DWC Hangar Complex
MARS's anchor infrastructure asset — narrow-body MRO and aviation support complex under development at Dubai World Central.
The MARS hangar complex is being developed at Hangar C42, Al Maktoum International Airport (DWC), as a dedicated narrow-body MRO and aviation support facility.
The complex sits on a 7,360 sqm plot with a dedicated 4,738 sqm apron immediately adjacent — providing direct airside access for up to three narrow-body aircraft.
Total built-up area of 10,761.77 sqm is organized across three above-ground floors plus basement storage units, with three maintenance bays at ground level, fifteen specialized shops vertically distributed across the ground floor and the first-floor mezzanine, and 1,462 sqm of dedicated office space on the second floor.
The asset is built to physical infrastructure standards qualifying it under GCAA CAR 145, EASA Part-145, and 14 CFR Part 145 frameworks — enabling tenant operators to pursue certification across UAE, European, and US jurisdictions from a single facility — and is structured to host established narrow-body MRO operators as long-term partners under MARS's Dubai Aviation City Corporation (DACC) free zone license.
