Investor Relations
MARS is an aviation infrastructure platform headquartered at the Mohammed Bin Rashid Aerospace Hub, developing an integrated narrow-body MRO and hangar complex at Hangar C42, Al Maktoum International Airport (DWC). The project is sited within Dubai's strategic long-term aviation hub, designed to host established MRO operators, and supported by a complementary advisory practice and an integrated Group logistics capability that strengthen the platform's commercial foundations.
MARS is currently engaged with qualified institutional investors in connection with the development and completion of the DWC Hangar Complex.
The Opportunity
MARS represents a focused infrastructure opportunity at the convergence of three forces: a Middle East commercial fleet expanding at roughly twice the global rate, a structural MRO capacity gap of growing institutional concern, and Dubai's commitment to consolidate its long-term aviation activity at DWC by 2032. The MARS hangar complex was developed on one of a limited number of MRO plots offered at DWC; comparable airside sites are no longer available within Dubai South.

The Platform
Beyond the anchor infrastructure asset, MARS operates an advisory practice and is connected through affiliation with AAA Freight Services. These complementary capabilities give the platform direct access to operator and partner networks across the Middle East and support tenant pipeline development for the hangar complex. The current capital raise concerns the DWC Hangar Complex specifically; the scope and terms of the investment opportunity are detailed in the diligence pack available to qualified parties under NDA.
Leadership and Governance
MARS is founded and led by Aijaz Mohammad, a UAE-based logistics entrepreneur and Managing Director of AAA Freight Services, with over fifteen years of operating specialized infrastructure for complex regulated verticals. The platform is supported by a senior aviation Advisory Board with leadership experience across MRO operations, aviation technology, airline operations, infrastructure development, and aviation capital partnership. Advisor identities are not publicly disclosed but can be shared with qualified investors and partners under NDA during diligence.
Diligence and Disclosure
MARS engages with qualified institutional investors through a structured diligence process. A confidential diligence pack is available to qualified parties on request, following preliminary discussion and execution of a non-disclosure agreement. The pack contains corporate, financial, technical, and project documentation, alongside the full Advisory Board disclosure, MARS-AAA Group structure detail, and management information required for institutional KYC and AML compliance.
MARS operates in compliance with UAE AML and KYC regulations. The platform's corporate vehicle is established under the Dubai Aviation City Corporation (DACC) free zone authority.
