1. About these terms

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website at https://mars.aero (the “Website”). The Website is operated by MARS MRO Services DWC-LLC (“MARS”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), a company registered with the Dubai Aviation City Corporation (DACC) free zone under licence no. 13057, with TRN 104731239000003.

By accessing or using the Website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not access or use the Website.

2. The Website is informational

The Website is a corporate information resource. It does not provide products or services through online sign-up, purchase, or registration. There are no user accounts. The Website’s contact channels (mailto links to info@mars.aero and the telephone number) are provided for enquiries; they do not constitute an offer or commitment by MARS to enter into any agreement.

Any commercial relationship between you and MARS — whether for infrastructure tenancy, logistics services, advisory engagements, investor diligence, or any other commercial purpose — is governed by a separate written agreement signed between the parties. Nothing on the Website creates such an agreement or any contractual obligation on MARS.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Website in violation of UAE law or the laws of any other applicable jurisdiction.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website, any related systems, or accounts.
  • Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Website without prior written authorisation from MARS.
  • Interfere with the operation of the Website, including by introducing malware, denial-of-service traffic, or excessive automated requests.
  • Scrape, harvest, or extract data from the Website in volumes that materially impact its operation, or for purposes inconsistent with normal use.
  • Use the Website to transmit unsolicited commercial communications (spam), abusive content, or material that infringes third-party rights.
  • Reproduce, republish, or distribute material from the Website for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

We may suspend or block access to the Website at our discretion if we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached.

4. Intellectual property

The Website and its contents — including text, images, logos, the MARS turbine mark, the MARS wordmark, photography, illustrations, diagrams, and the underlying source code — are owned by MARS or its licensors and are protected by UAE and international intellectual property laws.

You may view and download Website content for your own non-commercial reference and for evaluating a possible business relationship with MARS. No other rights are granted. The MARS name, the MARS logo, and the MARS turbine mark are trademarks of MARS MRO Services DWC-LLC and may not be used without our prior written consent.

5. Forward-looking statements

The Website includes information about an integrated narrow-body MRO and hangar complex under development at Hangar C42, Al Maktoum International Airport (DWC), and related platform capabilities. Many of these are forward-looking — they describe assets, capacity, and capabilities that are still under development or planning, with target dates that may shift.

Statements about future construction milestones, capacity, tenant arrangements, or capability are estimates, not guarantees. Construction status, target completion dates, and operating-model details may change without notice.

Investor-Relations enquiries (and any decisions to engage with MARS as an investor) must rely on the confidential diligence pack we provide under a non-disclosure agreement — not on the Website.

6. Third-party content and links

Some pages — notably the contact page — embed third-party content such as Google Maps. Use of third-party content is subject to the third party’s own terms and privacy policies. We do not endorse, control, or accept responsibility for third-party content, services, or websites linked from or embedded in the Website.

7. Confidentiality of the Advisory Board

The identities of MARS’s Advisory Board members are not disclosed on the Website. They are shared only with qualified investors and partners under a non-disclosure agreement during diligence. Do not attempt to elicit, infer, or publish Advisory Board identities from Website materials.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what personal data we process and on what basis.

9. Disclaimers

The Website and its content are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including (to the maximum extent permitted by UAE law) warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.

We use reasonable efforts to keep Website information accurate and up to date but make no representation that information is current, complete, or free of errors. Specifications, dimensions, dates, and other technical details about the DWC Hangar Complex and other MARS activities are subject to change.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, MARS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill, or data, arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of the Website.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under UAE law (including liability arising from fraud or wilful misconduct).

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold MARS harmless against any claim, loss, or expense arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Website.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Effective date” and “Version” at the top will be updated when we do. Your continued use of the Website after the effective date of a revision constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied within the Emirate of Dubai, including the regulations of the Dubai Aviation City Corporation (DACC) free zone where they apply to MARS.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Dubai.

14. General

  • Entire agreement. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and MARS in relation to your use of the Website.
  • Severability. If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
  • No waiver. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of that provision.
  • Assignment. You may not assign these Terms. MARS may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or transfer of business assets.
